Our location is ideally situated for mountain bikers and walkers, with the added benefit of all types of fishing on site, from fun for the kids to the serious coarse and fly fisherman, and also a wide array of outdoor activities in the surrounding environment of the Welsh hills. We are adjacent to one of the most popular mountain bike centres in the country (Coed Llandegla’s entrance is 100 yards from our gate). There is also an RSPB centre within the forest and walks around the reservoir – home to black grouse.
We have several individual pitches newly created around one of our lakes, giving a semi wild-camping feel (with a great breakfast and fresh coffee waiting down the path in our cafe). We also sell cut logs and firelighter packs to help you extend the barbecue into the evening.
We run a relaxed and friendly site, for touring vans, camper vans or trailer tents, serviced with electric hook up points and great views.
For a touch of luxury, we have a self-catering holiday cottage with two bedrooms and a lounge that will test your resolve to leave the cottage each day.
